Description

SG type pipeline centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pump and pipeline pump, referring to ISO2858 and the latest national pipeline centrifugal pump standard. JB/T53058-93. The pump is optimized and designed by domestic advanced hydraulic model. At the same time, hot water pumps, high temperature pumps, chemical pumps, oil pumps, etc. are derived from the KSL type according to the use temperature, medium, etc., which are the current national standard products to be promoted.
Features:
1. The suction pressure is ≤1.0Mpa, or the online working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6Mpa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be stated separately when ordering. In order to make the pump's flow-through parts and connection parts use cast steel materials.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%. 3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm. Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be used.
Product Usage:
1. ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressurization and equipment supporting, operating temperature T: ≤80°C.
2. IRG (GRG) hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper, and hotels and restaurants, such as boilers for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps, IRG operating temperature T: ≤120℃, GRG operating temperature T: ≤240℃.
3. The IHG type pipeline chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors. The use temperature is T ：-20℃-120℃.
4. YG pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc. The operating temperature is T: -20℃-120℃.
