KH type chemical process pump is a new type of chemical pump developed by our company on the basis of digestion and absorption of foreign technology. It adopts full-open impeller design. The structure adopted by the pump determines that the concentration of the conveying medium is higher than that of the closed type and semi-open type pump, and the medium passing ability is strong; the exhaust performance is good, especially suitable for alkali recovery or the like; the axial force is small, The shaft and the bearing have small damage and low energy consumption, so the operation is stable, the noise is low, and the maintenance is convenient. The pump adopts a single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, which can disassemble or install the impeller, the rear wear plate, the shaft seal component and the bearing frame without disassembling the pump inlet and outlet pipes.
KH type chemical process pump can transport high and low temperature (-20 ° C ~ 200 ° C), corrosive, medium containing certain particles, viscosity and air content, and high efficiency. Applicable to the paper industry (such as alkali recovery section), chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, environmental chemical, food and other industries.
The main advantages of KH chemical process pump:
1. The impeller is a three-blade (or six-blade), fully open structure (so the axial force is small), which can transport high and low temperature, corrosive, medium containing certain particles, viscosity and air content, and has high efficiency. The impeller has a stable low pressure at the shaft seal, effectively reducing the pressure at the shaft seal. The structure of the impeller is easy to maintain and is not easy to block, and is cast by lost wax, and is G6.3 grade dynamic balance check.
2. Because the impeller is a fully open structure, the current is small at startup, the shearing force on the shaft is small at startup, and the overall load is reduced during operation. The axial force during operation is small, so the service life of mechanical seals and bearings is greatly extended.
3. The coupling adopts the national standard JM1J diaphragm coupling (with intermediate section and radial self-compensation function), which effectively protects the bearing from damage caused by different hearts and facilitates the maintenance and disassembly of the pump.
4, the shaft seal form according to the customer's working conditions, you can choose the following shaft seal form:
A. Built-in internal flow type single-end mechanical seal with normal pressure sealing water (MTS type)
B. Standard single-end mechanical seal without sealing water (BS type)
C. Adding normal-pressure sealed water before and after the serial type standard single-end mechanical seal (TBS type)
D. Packing seal with cooling water (P type)
E, back-to-back parallel type standard single-end mechanical seal with sealing water (BD type)
(Note: MTS type mechanical seal is especially suitable for viscous media such as black liquor and granular media such as lime emulsion, which has excellent sealing effect and long service life.)
5. All the connecting bolts of the pump are made of stainless steel for easy maintenance and disassembly.
Parameter range: flow rate 40~2500m3/h, head 7~57m, over-flow part material can be HT300, SS304, SS316L, wear-resistant stainless steel, MT9 super wear-resistant stainless steel, 329, 2205, duplex stainless steel, etc., shaft adopts 2Cr13 , detailed selection and material configuration, according to working conditions and user requirements.
